  • Are you insured?

    Yes.

  • Do you have a project time line?

    Yes, it depends on the size of the project but typically on slow times it takes two to three weeks or less. On busy times four to six weeks. 

  • What is your payment schedule?

    We require 50% down payment and 50% on completion date. 

  • Do you have a contract ?

    Yes

  • Do you have supervision?

    Yes.

  • Do you provide guarantees?

    Yes, one year. (guarantees is voided if other company alters the product or product fails due to the lack of maintenance) 

  • What similar projects have you worked on?

  • How Do you resolve differences of opinions?

    There is a punch list that all customers do at the end of every project 


  • Who does your finishes?

    A competent supervisor does the finishes 

  • How is your safety record?

    It’s excellent we haven’t had any accidents since we opened our doors.
